How to Clean the Thermal Heads

When the printer appeared below problems after used for a period, it will need to clean the thermal head.

1. Printing is not clear;

2. The printed page has a column in the vertical direction.

3. The paper feed is large.

The follow steps to clean the thermal heads as below:

First, close the power button,open the cover, remove the paper receipt if it has receipt.

Then,If you just finished printing, you should wait for the print head to cool completely. Using a soft cotton cloth to erase the surface of the print head of dust, stains;

Last, close the cover after ethanol evaporates completely, then re-test machine to print.
