DPI is the resolution of pos thermal printer, and its resolution is the number of dots per inch on the print width of the print head or the number of dots per millimeter dao. It is the inherent property of the print head and is determined by the photo masking layer used during manufacturing. The distribution of resolution has obvious clustering, 200 dpi and 300 dpi include most of thermal print heads actually produced. These two resolutions can satisfy most applications, and their economy is favored in new applications. The columns in the table show the resolution of each print head series. Generally speaking, the higher the DPI value, the higher the printing accuracy of the printer. The lower the DPI, the worse the scan resolution.
