1. Thermosensitive printers need to be used with thermal paper. Text printing can be achieved by temperature sensing. Generally, they are used for small tickets in supermarkets. Thermosensitive printers selectively heat the location of the thermal paper, resulting in the corresponding graphics. The heating is provided by a small electronic heater on the printing head which is in contact with the thermal material. The heater is controlled logically by the printer in the form of square dots or strips. When driven, a graph corresponding to the thermal element is produced on the thermal paper. The same logic circuit that controls the heating element also controls the paper feeding, so that the whole graph can be printed on the label or paper.
2. In order to make the thermal printer print graphics and text, two conditions must be satisfied. Thermal paper and high temperature do not need ink. This thermal printer chemical reaction is carried out at a certain temperature. High temperature accelerates this chemical reaction. Printed paper does not last long and fades over a period of time. Thermal printers are usually used to print receipts in supermarkets.
